30-minute virtual keynoteBeing of Value: How to stay relevant through intentional learning

We all want to make a contribution in some way, but do we have the right skills and capabilities? Never has our knowledge base been more under threat as AI bulldozes through entire occupations.

Meaningful work is one mechanism that provides people with a sense of stability, optimism and motivation. In this keynote, Edwin explores one aspect of meaningful work, contribution, and explains the meta competency of learning agility: the ability to develop rapidly in a highly fluid and dynamic environment.

Outlining four pillars, shedding past learning limitations, developing future ready skills, leveraging quick learning cycles, and integrating learning into daily routines, he presents a practical roadmap for navigating uncertainty and thriving in change.

This presentation is for professionals engaged in knowledge work and for those who lead skilled teams.
