30-minute virtual keynoteLeading with Compassion: Practical tools for leadership impact and team wellbeing

Compassion is more than kindness – it’s a leadership strength. In today’s complex workplaces, leaders who bring a compassionate approach create stronger teams, reduce stress and enable better outcomes for their people and their organisation.

This keynote draws from our three-part Compassionate Leadership Series to offer practical insights on leading with compassion – starting with self, extending to teams, and embedding it in workplace culture.

This keynote will explore:

  • What compassionate leadership is, and how it differs from being “nice”
  • How self-compassion builds leadership presence and resilience
  • Simple ways to lead with compassion in daily team interactions
  • How leaders shape culture through values, mindset and behaviour

You’ll walk away with:

  • Tools to build self-insight and manage challenge with compassion
  • Awareness of how attention, listening and presence influence team connection
  • Leadership strategies to foster psychological safety and trust
  • Practical ideas to shape a more compassionate workplace culture
